I usually have my ad blocker on so I didn't realize there were ads like this against Bush and Obama.I'm surprised they can do that.

This ad is malware that redirects you to iqquizapp.com and phishes your phone number (if you're that stupid) and charges you with texts

Not sure it's malware, but it seems painful. Looks like it's $9.99 per month. I wonder how well the business does.
