Does ebay have the worst user experience?
Look at everything I have to go through just to pay eBay. I'm not sure what I even have to pay them for. I haven't used them in months and this email doesn't give me a clue.

They are likely avoiding adding any links to emails so that they can train their users to never click on any links in emails claiming to be from ebay. eBay customers are the biggest victims/targets of phishing scammers.

@melvinram I see. Still, once I got to the site, going through their navigation was so much work that I never bothered to make the change they asked for to my credit card number.
